They have continually billed our flu shot incorrectly and I am still getting incorrect bill. Our flu shot was done by a female attendant on Oct 31 2018 and they just sent me a new incorrect bill that says we had "Therapy Services" which is completely WRONG again.
I have been sitting in the parking lot since 6:30 am because I need to be seen. They are supposed to open at 8 am but are still closed at 8:30. No sign on door or message on answering machine. Where is the concern for patients?
This place was awesome. They took their time with me and listened to all of my problems and didn't "rush" me along. Dr. J was the best! He was very thorough and also listen to my problems did all the proper tests. I was there for 2 hours but the tests that I had done took time to get the results so I was out of there really fast considering. I highly recommend this urgent care facility
