The ER visit started out bumpy however there was another emergency going on which caused a lot of commotion. As they were preparing for the incoming emergency, the staff was not aware of the severity of my situation. Once they realized the situation, they acted very quickly and professionally. The bed was broken for OB in the ER which made things difficult. However, that being said, the staff were all wonderful and caring. I stayed over night and all the staff were great, the equipment was functioning, and the doctor was amazing. I am thankful for their diligence, professionalism, and caring during this time.

Worst care ever give to my mother. Some of the nurses said my mom was dementia because the could not distinguish the difference in dementia and va reaction to the station treatment she was getting from them!!!! Take your loved ones there only if you want them to die!!!!

Terrible hospital, My daughter and I got into a Quad accident. Waited 2-3 hrs in the ER with a hurt ankle. They finally brought me back and waited 30-45 minutes for the X-ray to come back. The DR went over everything with me and said it was just a strain and that keep weight off it and take it easy. The following week went back into my DR and they X-rayed it and found out it was broken. Now I call them back because they billed me 240.00 for the x-ray, but your x-ray and diagnose was wrong? Why am I paying for service that was done incorrectly. So I called them back expressed my frustration since I am being billed, all they did was send my bill to collection ignored my complaint. Thanks for the terrible service!

This is by far the worst medical facility I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and thats saying a lot considering I used to work in health care. They will bill you for things that are 100% covered by insurance, and once you confirm that it is indeed something that is covered, they will go on to tell you that the ER physician is choosing to bill it a certain way and because of that insurance wouldn't pay. They refuse to bill Covid tests properly and want to charge you for tgose even though Covid tests are free in tge state of WA.
All in all, I would rather die in a ditch than be taken to Mid Valley for ANY medical care whatsoever.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL IF PREGNANT.
My wife was pregnant, we went in at 1:30pm because she was bleeding and having stomach pain, the nurses at the front desk said she was fine, it was completely normal, even after insisting there was something wrong.
By 8pm our baby was dead.
Dr. Farhad Hussain Alrashedy Insisted on multiple internal exams, Which we later found out to be completely unnecessary, we were over charged on our insurance for treatment she never received. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL IF PREGNANT.
