Check-in was very simple and the front desk girls all have caring personalities. Every hospital employee was ready to help with info and directions. Parking was not too bad. All requested forms to fill out prior to my appointment were completed without incident. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.

Everyone was nice. The front desk lady (Sharon?) Pat the Registrar, Lara and Melissa K. the RNs, were all lovely and above and beyond helpful with my mother and her surgery. I remember a Jonathon nurse too briefly. He was nice. Dr Ziegler the anesthesiologist was concerning and attentive. Of course Dr. Merritt was awesome who my mother adores and did the surgery.

My timing was good, there had been wall to wall folks, I arrived after that slam. Had about a 45 min wait, which isn’t bad fir an ER experience. The staff was friendly. Got my breathing treatment. And home in a couple of hours. Sorry I missed the follow up call. Was pleased there was one.

My experience at this hospital was terrible. It's not the first time I've been treated badly there. The nurse had the worst bedside manor I've seen in my life. The psychiatric representative was even worse. The way I was treated left me in tears. (I was already in a horrible state.) I couldn't keep food down, was terribly dehydrated, and had blood in my intestines. The nurse said to my face, "we will have you out in an hour, and you won't feel any better." I will never return to this location.

The nursing staff on the 3rd floor (Spine and Joint Replacement) were exceptional. They made sure that I was comfortable and responded to every request with professionalism and efficiency. Excellent experience.
