On my second doctor at this practice. They have really bad bedside manner, very rude and condescending. One didn't have a plan of treatment, the second was so smug and arrogant, but again just light treatment for my disorder. I'm going to find a new doctor that actually listens to me and cares about treating me because this place isn't it. They rush through the appointment, don't listen to you and they put things in the notes that we've never talked about. I would never recommend this place or any of these doctors.

Long wait for appt, hour and half. Dr was uninformed about me, cold to almost rude. The 1st Dr I saw was very cold and rude. I will not go back to this place.👎😠

I have many chronic issues , referred to marc kates after my heart rate would not go down with various medications ,plus CHF. After waiting over 1.5hs in lobby he spent 2mins with me and was very inappropriate over stepping his bounds. Disappointing that he is a DO, yet did not consider any Other body systems and why I am on certain medications fir those. Found a new cardiologist after 3 hospitalizations since I last saw Marc kates telling me "I was fine" when my EKGs show sinus tachy for the last 8 months with inferior q waves in the 2nd to last EKG and echo

I did not visit this location. The location I visited was closed last month and, surprisingly enough, I wasn't contacted. I was at the McDowell and Palm location looking at an empty building. By the time I got a response, I had missed my appointment. According to the young woman that I did speak with, they had closed that location last month and TRIED to contact me by phone. They couldn't reach me. I'm pretty sure I updated my information. Let's say for the sake of argument that I didn't, the postal system still works. To me this is a sign of indifference. I guess not having high priced insurance continues to place you at the bottom of the list even if you do have heart failure. This young woman was condescending and dismissive. I bragged to my family about this company and now I'm looking for another specialist. Concern and responsibility would've made all the difference for someone who was just diagnosed in March. Update: I am giving Cardiac Solutions another go. This was the only negative experience I had and, upon reflection of this experience, I decided to call back. Cindy was extremely kind, understanding and patient. My doctor at the Palm Lane location left this practice. There are other competent cardiologists here and I'm giving one a shot. Hopefully this will be the new beginning of a positive doctor/patient relationship.
