My experience with Dr. Hitchner and his staff has been an excellent one. They play an integral role in my goal for better health and wellness and, I highly recommend them. He listens to my concerns, relieves my aches and pains, and clearly explains our course of action in terms that I can understand.

Highly recommended!! Dr Hitchner listens to your concerns and puts a plan in motion to get you relief! His staff is excellent , easy to set up an appointment when needed, He is my go to Chiropractor now and he should be yours as well! AAA++++

The doctor , was informational but that was about it. This was my first visit, which they were aware of. I am paying out of pocket for each of my visits. Which they are also aware of.
I scheduled my appt and this is my first time. So I asked how much would this visit cost me OVER THE PHONE I asked this and also asked when filling out the paperwork. I was told this visit will cost me between $35-$40. So after looking at my back the doctor says we need to do a X-ray (just to see what’s going on and make sure I’m safe to work on) I’m sure that he already knew that a X-ray would have to be given since this is the first time seeing me. I knew that as well.But he tells me NOTHING can be done for me AT all today. He tells me that the X-ray /visit today will be $50 ( I am not happy because I asked before scheduling and I wish they would have told me if a X-ray is needed then no work would be done and I’ll have to pay $50 and come back after the X-ray.
The reason I am leaving ZERO stars is because how I was treated AFTER telling him I was not okay with just paying for an X-ray today. He just got up walked out the room (didn’t say anything at all to me) so I then got up and went to the hallway. He came out the room he went into and went down the hallway. So I’m just like standing in the hallway and like uhm okay where do you want me to go. He says “your done” NOTHING ELSE WAS SAID TO ME.
No thank you for coming , no hope to hear from you soon. No anything. So I just walked out. The front desk didn’t say have a great day or anything. I felt very weird in this office.
I literally just cried in my car, because I feel like this was a waste of time. I am still in extreme PAIN. Nothing they could do to help today or make me feel better.

I have been coming to Dr. Hitchner since 2018 when I moved to Tuscaloosa. He has helped tremendously with my back pain. The staff is also amazing and very kind. 10/10 recommend!
