The Drs are good some of the front staff are NOT! Not sure who called me this am to tell me my husbands meds were ready then wanted to argue because all his meds werent given. Yall need to start recording your lines and listen to how your"front staff" talk to people. Its unfair and uncalled for! To act like Im lying over a steroid inhaler is ridiculous!

Can’t say enough about Susan Blankenship, DNP! Susan takes the time to listen and understand your problems and seeks to determine the best course of action. Susan is our family provider and includes my elderly parents. Recently during this heightened emotional time and Covid-19 restrictions Susan has continued to be available to meet all the needs of our and confer with us as needed, as well as coordinating care with other medical providers outside of Carlsbad. Thank you Susan! You are the epitome of what a medical provider should be as well as an amazing human being!

Employees are super friendly and very helpful. Nurse Jen was great. You couldn't even tell she was drawing my blood or when she gave me shots, and I didn't even get a bruise. Overall, I am very impressed with all the PMS Facilities.

Such an awesome facility. Excellent patient care. Excellent attention from the front desk ladies all the way to the back office. Our provider Aarron is one of the best my mom saw him for the first time. She was so very happy with his care an attention. Highly recommend this facility. Thanking you for being so caring to the patient. My mom is my world Thank you again for an excellent experience.
