I see Nurse Practitioner Kayla Smith and Dr. Whaley on a monthly basis and am very happy with the treatment that both give me. I have a pain pump that was recommended by Dr. Whaley. I have been very satisfied with the performance of the equipment and the service and maintenance that is provided by the two Medical Professionals that I see.
I would recommend the clinic to anyone that has pain problems.

I had a car accident in 2015 which left me in chronic, debilitating pain in my spine. After surgery I was referred to Pain Treatment Center of America were I have had treatment, procedures and medications which have allowed me to function again. The White Hall nursing staff is always friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Jain and Dr. Parnell are two of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of receiving care from. They're personable, they LISTEN to me about my pain and concerns then work WITH me to proceed with a treatment regimen that's suited for me and my needs. I initially started with treatment from Dr. Rafi in North Little Rock. Dr. Rafi and his staff were just as personable and caring. Both facilities are always clean with a family oriented atmosphere. I want to thank everyone at PTCOA that I have met for making me feel as if I matter and my wellness is their only concern. I'm not at 100%, but I know that because of the care I'm receiving at PTCOA I have a much better quality of life.

My treatment at the pain center has both been very professional and yet personal the first step of treatment for me is to have people understand your pain and your feelings they have truly done that dr Jain as well as the staff of course I’m still having pain but I have peace of mind doing we are working together to make me more comfortable thank you all so much as keep going to reach our goals ❤️

Through the years, I have had several pain physicians. Dr Whaley outshines them all. She
has shown herself brilliant and compassionate
to me. I am indeed fortunate to be under her care💝

I see Dr. Parnell for physical therapy and Dr. Whaley for pain management both are very kind and caring for once someone who actually listens to you and cares. I do physical therapy, and have injections, I’ve also recently had a spinal implant and expect to have another in a few months. Since this is obviously pain management I’m not cured but I’m definitely a lot better off than I was a few months ago. When I was totally miserable and could not stand to so much as set my feet on the floor. Everyone’s super nice, I’m throughly happy with my doctors and their staff. They have helped me understand that my treatment and progress is one step and one day at a time. Which really helps with all the emotions such stress and fear etc. that you go through at times like this. I would and have recommended Pain Treatment Center in White Hall and my doctors to other’s.
