For months my grandson had an appointment scheduled at 11:00 on Aug 6th for a root canal. The Saturday before the appointment I got a call from look smiles saying the appointment had to be changed to nine. OK no problem. We show up at 850 and wait and wait and wait. At 935 I ask the receptionist why was our appointment changed to nine if they obviously we're not able to get to him at nine. She told me several appointments were made at nine per company procedure and we had to wait. I ask her why then did they call and change our appointment and she told me his appointment was always 9 until I said I had the card in my wallet that said 11. Anyway I ask to reschedule and was told they would never have another appointment. So here we still sit at 10 waiting on our 900 appt. Everyone that was in here when we came has gone back and out now a whole new set of others have gone in and. I'm pissed!

Dr.Richard is so awesome my daughter loves him and has so much trust in him I know he new but he is amazing he had to remove 3 baby teeth of hers she never felt the needle and no pain.he is first Dr that made her fell comfortable and me as mother he makes me confident in his work ,because of him I will continue to come to this office ,thanks Dr, Richard for a fine job .......highey recommend him to everybody....so i did want to add i am going to hate to see dr chan she is the best she the one in the picture some how it attached to dr richards review so i cant do another review wanted to added dr chan is awesome really hate to see her go but i understand she will be missed nobody can replace her and leigh she awesome as well at least she is staying...good luck dr chan you will be missed here last day that she was with my daughter on her last day .....good luck dr.chan with your new location

Made an appointment for my daughter online went to the dentist because she was in a lot of pain. When I went there she told me there was no appointment for. My wife screenshot The appointment and still denied it was any appointment so we had to reschedule for Saturday would not recommend this place to anybody . Manager is a joke
