They always took very good care of me! The nurses are always very nice. I had two surgeries at this hospital. The doctors knew exactly what they were doing!

My mother broke her hip while in a nursing home was taken there they made her wait 4 hrs with no pain med before they tried to fix it. I stayed with her or she would have been alone. She wanted to vomit at one point was strapped to backboard and I got nurse he told me they were too busy to help her and told me to use suction tube if she did so she didn't choke. It can be an awful place. That was years ago I hope it is better now. don't get hurt on a weekend you'll never get help I would not have given it one star but it wouldn't post without it

Day 1. .Traveled from KC to see my son who was life flighted to this facility on critical condition. ICU nurse would not let us in to see him. I work at a hospital in KC and would NEVER deny access to a family member no matter what. we allow them on during codes. This is ridiculous! This is not over. I will be speaking to admistration and going to social media!

Employer cafe..the seating area and lounge is fantastic. Flat screen tvs in booths, massage chairs, an arcade...very nice place for employees to eat or chill or both!

The receptionist I just got off the phone with is incredibly rude. I’m normally really patient person and unfortunately I meant to call a different clinic by accident I dialed this number. I asked to see if I can make an appointment and the receptionist told me that this is the hospital and then I said I’m sorry I meant to call scheduling at a different clinic. The receptionist then replies with well we do have a lot of clinics. I then told her I’m sorry and that I can Google the clinic I need and she was quick to say whatever and hung up on me.
