I brought my husband to the hospital today for an MRI. I cannot say enough about the staff that we came in contact with. I am sorry that I didn’t get her name, but the woman in Registration was wonderful to deal with. She was pleasant and extremely helpful. We arrived quite early for his scheduled appointment because I was unsure how long of a wait we would have in Registration. There was absolutely no one waiting in Registration so we were in and out of there. Once we arrived on Radiology we were greeted by Julie. She too was very pleasant and I can’t say enough about just how helpful she was. If these two ladies are representative of the majority of your staff, you should be very proud. Thank you for providing us with such excellent care and these ladies deserve a great big THANK YOU!

1st time: had surgery & thought they did a great job. 2d time: Was called in early for a procedure & what should have been 2 hours turned into 5. Katie (named is spelled wrong, sorry), an RN, seemed like the lead, was a big encouragement It was a long day & felt like leaving a few times but stuck it out. Worst thing was it took 6, yes 6 pokes to get my iv in. It was so painful! Four people later they had to use an ultrasound to find a good vein to try to poke. While the nurses were nice as they could be, it was a miserable day. It was so late the anesthesiologist had left for the day & I was going to be given a conscous anesthesia. Well it worked! Thank you Kayla! Have some painful bruises today from the ivs they tried to do.

It’s never been a fun experience going in for surgery at a hospital, and looking at recent times for the caregivers of the world, the fear and anxiety in me was extreme. The Baxter Regional Medical Center Surgery Team was outstanding and made my experience amazing! I have the utmost respect for all caregivers and what they have endured during these crazy times. At Baxter Regional you can tell they love what they do, their Professionalism made me feel comfortable and their attitudes made me happy, smile and even a few laughs to break the tensions and alleviate my fears. It was actually amazing from first trip in to the Medical Arts Building at the front door, from the screeners to the Surgery Pre-Testing Staff, Pre-Op and Post-Op. A great experience! outstanding Professionalism and attitudes, Mountain Home is fortunate to have this in their city.

Speaking on behalf of our late March, 2021 experience with the doctor and nursing staff on 3 West, I was very happy with the care that my dad received following his stroke. The nurses worked long and challenging shifts and were always attentive, caring, and extremely passionate about their work. And his doctor paid attention to his needs and desires to the best of his ability. Baxter County is lucky to have such a caring staff. This isn't usually the case throughout other parts of the country or the world from my experience.
