My husband had a procedure here two months ago. He did not receive a plan for after care for pain or infection. He had a serious infection and pain. The practice was unwilling to get him in for this emergency. He is still experiencing pain and tenderness.
The woman at the front desk is rude, abrasive and argumentative. She says she is also the office manager and does the billing. Well our insurance was billed incorrectly and we never received an itemized bill. We did receive a notice from her with a rude hand written note on it.
We tried this practice because it was nearby and the dentists were new to the area. But it is not a practice we can put our trust in and we will drive a little further and seek our dental care elsewhere.

We finally found a great friendly family orientated atmosphere which the whole family is comfortable with. They explain everything they are doing and need to do with no hidden surprises. We usually don't have to wait long either, which makes it great with the little ones lack of patience.

Everyone in the office was so kind, compassionate and professional. They got me in so quickly and were able to refer me out the same day. I can’t thank them enough for fitting me in - and making me feel so at ease despite my fears.
