Very mediocre. The patients in the lobby all reeked of cigarettes. The doctor didn't even read and go over my medical records very well. Exam was very minimal. I felt like I was ONLY being screened for drug use. I left without anything for adequate pain relief. I was heartbroken when I left. I was hoping to at least get my same medication as before, so I would be able to drive out of state to a wedding. My kids have never been to one and were upset we had to cancel. I recently moved here from out of state. In my more than 10 years of dealing with chronic pain and living in multiple states I have never felt shameful or not listened to until this place. I'm a mom with almost no help and my active duty husband is temporarily living in a different state. I hope I can find a doctor to treat me. I really want to just fly back and see my old one. Ohio's OD epidemic should not penalize responsible medication users.
Also, in all my years I don't think I ever had a doctor wear a miniskirt during an appointment.

If I could give a negative number I would, dr. Pauley just about killed me & I’m not kidding! 10 days in a coma and another 9 weeks of painful physical therapy & IV antibiotic therapy. I developed an abscess on my spine from an injection she insisted I have even tho I had undergone over 2 dozen from a referring doctor. After over 3 months in the hospital I finally went home. Almost 2 yrs later & I still need an aide 7 days a week, physical therapy & nurses visiting me weekly. I was very lucky because the doctor had told my daughter to call the family, he didn’t think I was going to make it through that first night. Go there at your own risk.

Went to this clinic 3 times and will never ever go back. Every time I came in I was treated like a drug addict and with absolutely NO respect. The wait times are ridiculous as well. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Staff at this practice was very understanding and listened to my concerns. I was given multiple options to help manage my pain. Wait time was a little long but Lidia gave me her full attention during the appointment.
