I am so incredibly impressed with my experience here. The facilities are clean and very welcoming. From start to finish, I was treated with patience and respect - they are all so professional. Most memorable for me was my experience with Kristin. I have an irrational albeit serious phobia of needles and all things clinic-y. Kristin was so respectful and knowledgable, she had some great tricks up her sleeve to keep me calm and validated. My time with her was the first ever good experience I've had, my first ever positive association. I would recommend this place with no hesitation.

Women who have had babies, are wanting to look extra good in their wedding dress, or want to take care of a body part that doesn’t make you feel good PLEASE READ!!!! After multiple consultations with plastic surgeons I realized the risk is not worth the reward, the down time-forget it that’s impossible with kids. I decided to try cool sculpting elite at Radiance because of their reputation for being the best around. I had my bra fat, lower belly, middle belly roll, and flanks done. Within 4 weeks my body changed!!! I still can’t believe it! My bra bulge gone! Just like that. It’s so easy to have done and no down time at all. I wish I had done this sooner. I encourage everyone to try cool sculpting at Radiance Medspa before anything invasive. I promise you will be so happy you did.

I've been going to Radiance Medspa for a couple of years now and have loved working with Jessica. I really appreciate the fact that I can schedule Saturday appointments and I am always seen on time. Jessica has been great at analyzing my skin and suggesting the right treatment at the time. She's listened to my concerns and goals and never pushes products or treatments on me. I have done 2 VIPeel's series at her suggestion and the results have been dramatic. Changes don't ever happen overnight but I never thought I would see such big change in such short time without more intensive and invasive solutions. I have seen most of my scarring disappear and my skin tone is now even. She has suggested products for my at home routine that don't break the bank and leave my skin now soft and smooth to the touch.
