The People Here CARE!! Service at first was as expected, fast, friendly and orderly. Resolved my referral, excellent.
However, during the visit, it was discovered that my daughters recently pierced earring back had embedded in her lobe. I was alarmed, scared.
Dr. Taylor's assistant said, with a kind smile, Dr. Taylor can fix this. Dr. Taylor walked in and just fixed it. All better.
Dr. Taylor could have easily suggested a hospital visit but he didn't.
He is the kind of doctor that has surpassed just clinical and has reached true patient care.

Everyone I encountered was very nice - no problem there. However, I received ZERO results from undergoing "SculpSure," which is supposed to help trim excess fat. In fact, my "after" photos, if anything, were even worse than my "befores" -- even though my diet had not changed, and I had increased my physical activity throughout the period. I unfortunately wasted close to $7,000. Moreover, I had requested, twice, that Dr. Lisa Pacheco contact me to discuss the lack of results and never did receive a call back from her.

Hands down the best dental experience of my life, thank you so much for your amazing staff and doctors, they got me in super fast, everyone was helpful and super friendly and they fixed me right up!! Great place!!

I needed a single tooth implant for a tooth that I had lost several years before and my surgeon's name was Dr. Holtzen. I am very careful about whom I choose as a doctor for me or my family and the surgeon who did my implant was very experienced, board certified and came very highly recommended. The doctor helped me get the best diagnosis and care and the office works with you to make sure you get the most out of your insurance coverage and offered several options for payment to make it as affordable as possible. They also coordinated very closely with my dentist, which made everything go smoothly on the dentists end after the implant was placed. All in all, the office was very organized and efficient and gave me the best experience possible.

I had a surgery done in a different state. One of the supplies I received from them was contaminated in manufacturing. My surgeon was unable to send me a new one. None of the pharmacies carried it. I called the Surgical Arts Centre and asked them if they knew where I could get one packet to finished my healing. They had happened to have one and let me have it. I am so grateful they could help me out. I feel like they went above and beyond for me because I wasn't even their patient.
