I scheduled a service and they called the morning of to cancel. No big deal, I rescheduled. Next appointment day, they call again the morning of to cancel again. Won’t be scheduling anything else with them. Considering their cancellation policy is so strict, they’re fine with cancelling on you at the last minute. Rude service!

Michelle seriously is the best masseuse I have ever had. You can tell she has had many years of training and she is a true professional. I treated my mom to a massage with her and my mom said it was the best one she’s ever had too.
