The good - I started care at Thrive early in my pregnancy because I had heard about Webster's method as a great way to prevent breech presentation and I was hoping to have a natural birth at a birth center so I wanted to do everything I could to make that possible. Everyone here was very nice and seemed competent. For the most part I felt like I was getting good chiropractic care and I was very hopeful that it would help my birth and postpartum recovery.
The bad - I had to stop going for care near the end of my pregnancy because I just didn't feel safe here anymore. Besides 2 or 3 weeks in March, they behaved completely as if there wasn't a major global pandemic happening. No masks, no distancing, no signs that anything had changed to protect the patients, many of whom were pregnant women and babies. I eventually had to make the decision that I felt was safest for myself and my baby which was to end chiropractic care. Unfortunately, my baby ended up flipping into a breech position while I was in labor and I had to have a c-section. I, of course, have no way of knowing what would have happened if I had been able to safely continue my chiropractic care, but I don't feel like I should have ever been put in that position of feeling so unsafe with a medical provider that I was better off not receiving the care I needed.

This place is gold! Dr. Cassidy is very down to earth and makes you feel right at home. When you walk in there is a super cute waiting area with tea and coffee. She is great with my one year old. There are kid friendly areas throughout the office. They take insurance. The environment is peaceful and beautiful and smells great (essential oils everywhere!) She did a lot of work on me post pregnancy that really worked out some painful areas. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend.

Dr. Meredith and her staff are AMAZING!! My children and I both come here and love it every visit. My 2nd delivery was completely different from my first delivery to which I completely credit Dr. Meredith. She's gentle and effective. The staff is always super kind & helpful. My 2 little kids are always excited for the chiropractor. We moved to another city and I refuse to change to another chiropractor. We love kids week each month!
