Truthfully, it was out of sheer desperation that I reached out to Family Acupuncture & Wellness. Several months of severe hip pain had taken its toll. Traditional medical methods were unsuccessful. Always in extreme discomfort, I wasn’t sleeping, over the counter meds didn’t lessen the pain. Someone mentioned acupuncture and initially I balked at the idea. Hesitant, skeptical and somewhat fearful I finally gave in and made the call. LIFE CHANGING! After just a few treatments, I felt relief. I’ve continued to return on a regular basis and my condition continues to improve. With little to zero pain now, I’m back to enjoying life again. Does the idea of needles rattle you? A truly kind compassionate professional, Betsy makes you feel safe & comfortable from the start. The results speak for themselves. I had the most incredible experience at Family Acupuncture & Wellness! I was fortunate to interact with many of the team members, all of whom as spectacular. I worked with Betsy the most, who is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. I started acupuncture to help with knee pain as well as fertility issues, both of which were resolved. In addition, I felt more relaxed and slept better while getting weekly treatments. I am tremendously grateful for Betsy as she always made me feel seen and heard, and, more importantly, helped me navigate my health during a challenging time in my life. I looked forward to every session at Family Acupuncture & Wellness and can't wait to come back!

I have complete trust in Family Acupuncture and Wellness, I have been going to them for many years and now live an hour and 20 minutes away. After trying an acupuncture practice close to my home, I did not get the results I have been accustomed to at Family Acupuncture.
I now travel the hour and 20 minute distance each way because their practice is worth my time.
I have seen them for weight loss, pain relief and general well being and have always have great results. I totally trust them!
They were able to 100% relieve my knee pain (when I was only able to climb stairs one at at time due to pain). I highly recommend them.

The whole team has been very kind, courteous, and informative. My health coach is very involved and I’ve spoken with Adam more than I do my primary care already. I truly feel they want to help me heal my body from Hashimoto’s. I’m in the detox phase right now and I feel better than I have in a long time.

System was down and I was told I would be called with my appt-never happened. The message therapy is fantastic and I highly recommend it. You can follow up with her directly to avoid the front desk which is a plus. Don’t post a marginal review because if you do you will be confronted in the office as I was to explain why? I was asked to talk about my review in the lobby and I asked if she wanted to talk right in the lobby and the reply was we could go in the office and talk—-so unprofessional. I spoke the truth in my review and was bullied for doing it—so much for family wellness.
