It's a very good facility in all respects. I'm with Core Physical Therapy for several years. All staff is experienced, reliable and friendly. The place is very clean and well equipped. I'm grateful to all of them as they help me a lot. Their sense of humour makes all sessions easier and pleasant.

My first initial appointment was very impressive from the moment I walked through the front door. Front desk clerks fantastic customer service skills, looked like they love what they do!! My therapist was very easy to discuss my issues with both knees, despite my obesity issues. She was very informational on every area of concern, I knew then that it was someone I could consult with my every concern. A big thank you to all of the staff at Core Physical Therapy!! First impressions will not be a forgotten experience!

I highly recommend Core Physical Therapy. Setting up an appointment was a very smooth process. Nicole, the receptionist at the Shoreline office was very kind, cheerful, and clearly enjoyed greeting and helping myself and the other customers. All the rehab aides were very professional and did their best to follow and describe my PT routine. Randy, one of the PT's on staff did an excellent job locating the source and reasons behind my foot-related issues. He set up a good program and gave me a very realistic idea of how long it might take for us to turn things around for me so I could resume my walking/exercise routines. Tom, the PTA worked with me most of the time. He was good blend of a empathetic practitioner, educator, and coach who kept me accountable on doing my daily exercises and helping me learn what I could do to help improve my symptoms. He, and all staff, regularly asked me how the exercises were impacting my pain level multiple times. Tom also was patient when I didn't get my form correct during exercises. He, and Randy, also were very willing to offer detailed explanations of what was happening with my foot and what was needed to improve my flexibility and pain level. Recently, I was able to stop treatment and met my goals. I will not hesitate to call Core PT when I have future issues. They have a great staff, outstanding customer care, and hire very qualified practitioners who know their stuff.
