This is the most worst place always waiting for over a hour to two hours, they take there time and don’t really care if people that have more then one kid is there who they get to first and you never go the time they say

I went to my first appointment here Sept 2020 and waited over two hours before we even got back to the dental room. My son had a broken tooth "fixed" and not even a month later it completely broke off. I then scheduled another appointment to fix it again and when I got there they had my appointment date and time completely wrong and said they couldent even fix it that day! Because THEY messed up with the date/time. So I rescheduled for the following Monday (had to ask off work both days). They apologized and assured me it would be fixed that day(just like they said the time before). So I went that day and of course they came up with another excuse of why it couldn't be fixed that day. Even though both times on the phone that's what my son was scheduled to have fixed and they assured me would be done. Needless to say i won't be returning to Kool Smiles Spencer Dental and I will tell everyone I see not to waste their time going either. Absolute worst experience ever for myself and my son. Totally unprofessional and inexperienced staff and "dentists".
