Dr Williams and his staff are professional and friendly. I’ve had issues with my veneers from a previous dentist. I found Dr Williams after a veneer (from another dentist fell off). I was traveling and came in on short notice. He fixed everything. I’ve had a few other teeth in need of work. Flawless dentistry. A great dentist is an artist. Thank you!!

Dr Williams is great dentist, his staff is friendly and always helpful. My family has been going here for years, very happy. Mary Ann and Lori are the best and always cheerful.

I had a list of dentists to choose from from my insurance company but I had no idea who would be a good dentist. I feel like I lucked out when I ended up at Federal Way Dentistry. The front desk people were helpful with my insurance and my hygienist gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. Dr Williams was very nice and a good dentist. I will be a patient here for a long time.

I called this location to see what insurance was accepted. Mary Ann very friendly when answering. However, as soon as I asked if that office accepted state insurance, tone completely changed and was short and rude about it. Don't judge people or look down on those who may be experiencing hardship. I was caught off.."yea we don't accept that" like i was a criminal or state insurance was gum underneath her shoe. At the end of the day regardless of insurance someone has does not give others the right to cut them off or start treating them as if they don't matter or their concern. She could have still went through fees or asked if there was an emergent concern, etc. Remember that God gave to you the things that you have and if they are not treated with respect, and done right it will be taken from you. Treat all people with respect.

Dr.Williams and his staff are the best and he does amazing crowns. Been a patient for years and have referred many of my family members to see Dr. Williams. His front office staff are friendly and helpful They explain treatment cost and never ever had a billing problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.
