I accidently went to the wrong office for my son's appt. I called them and they rescheduled him for an hour later same day! 5 stars to the receptionist! My 14 year old son wanted to leave a review too, he said Dr Sanchez was great. Professional and fast. Way better than what he was expecting. He hates needles and took him months to finally decide he wanted to be seen for his ingrown toenail. He said he never thanks doctors and made sure to tell him thank you because he did such a good job. Medical assistant was great too, so nice and knowledgeable

I've had three in-grown toenails in four years. I wouldn't think of going any where else. The staff is very friendly and the doctor himself is amazing.

My husband and I have both been patients of Dr Galbraith for years. Last night I stepped on something and it lodged in my foot. We (the members of my family) were unable to see the object to remove it. I woke up this morning and my foot was very tender to walk on and there was a bump in the area where the object entered my foot. I called the doctor's office as soon as they opened to see if I could get in to have the object removed. The person scheduling appointments response was " I'm sorry you should have called yesterday we're booked and we're only open half a day". Really, how would I call and schedule an appointment before the injury occurred! She went on to say that they wouldn't be able to get me in until the latter part of next week. I explained to her that that would not work I really needed to get the injury treated because it was painful to walk. I asked her if she had any recommendations as to where I could go to get the injury treated and her reply was no. I was very disappointed in her lack of professionalism and the fact that she did not even ask a nurse if there would be availability for me to come in.

I went to Dr Galbraith to have calluses removed from the bottoms of my feet. I have had five operations on my feet and ankles. He proceeded to try and get me to have a 6th operation on my feet for no reason. After I refused that, he asked if he could show my feet to Dr. Sanchez because, "He will never see anything like that in his lifetime."I was uncomfortable but I said okay since it appeared to be a teaching situation. He proceeded to go out into the waiting room area and call loudly to Dr. Sanchez, "You've got to come and see this, you never seen any feet like this in your life." This was yelled in front of everybody in the waiting room which was full at the time. I was so embarrassed, I had to walk out with everyone staring at me after that. I will never go to this man again in my lifetime. Also, by the way he did a bad job on cutting off the calluses on the bottom of my feet too.
