I received excellent therapy here, from caring, personable and experienced therapists. I had tried other sources over the years, but I was tired of some of the 25 or 26 year old ex-jocks, recent grads, who started out with 'do thirty of these'...They did NOT understand that a person in their 70s with arthritis was seeking their assistance BECAUSE they couldn't 'do thirty of these'! The staff here understand WHY you're there and follow the old Hippocratic command "First, do no harm". These folks are first class and ask questions and do an evaluation BEFORE they start treating you . Count on them. Go here if you need great treatment.

My experience here was A+ from the front desk to the Therapist. Friendly, accommodating, courteous and knowledgeable. After several visits the front desk staff called me by name which was amazing. I was always contacted if there were any cancellations to offer me additional sessions or if an appointment became available if therapist was booked. My therapist Christa was very knowledgeable and skilled in her craft. Always willing to share her talents to offer helpful suggestions outside of the sessions that improved my headaches. Who Knew PT would help with headaches!!! It was just as good as a massage at the spa with extended benefits. Two therapy’s in one, talking about life & physically improving your life. I definitely recommend Physical Therapy Partners.

I had a great experience at Physical Therapy Partners. I worked mostly with Tina, who was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The office staff was also very pleasant and wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this group.

I called on Friday to see if they were in network with my insurance company. The person answering the phone acted like she didn't even want to answer the phone. She said she would call me back in a few minutes. It's now Wednesday of the following week, and still no phone call back. I will definitely not be going there if they can't even follow up with a patient about insurance coverage.
