Krystyna is the best PT I have ever used. I trusted her with my sons PT and also referred her to my husband. Excellent results x 3! So, now that I am in need of PT for another reason, I’m going back!

Krystyna and the staff here at C.H. Physical Therapy have been so patient and helpful with our family and my 8 year old son specifically (who is the patient). We will continue to do business with C. H. Physical Therapy for any current & future needs.

Nice people, seemed knowledgeable, but they weren't able to help me with my pain. I went on to see a different PT in Wilsonville who gave me some suggestions that have taken the pain down maybe 1-2 notches on a scale of 0 to 10.
For reference, I have mid and low back pain caused by annular tears.

I was diagnosed with two herniated discs in my neck in September after living almost a year in a lot of pain. I was fairly certain that I was going to be heading down the surgery route but was willing to try the physical therapy that my doctor suggested, however, I didn't believe that it would be able to help me significantly. I am at the end of my PT and have been amazed at the results that I have achieved and am living without pain again. My trainer Laura was so fantastic. Her patience and coaching got me to where I am today and she has taught me some great tools to help manage my situation long-term.

This is my second round of physical therapy following spinal surgery over a year ago and my first time at C.H. Physical Therapy. Loving my time and really seeing progress! Jillian is great. She really emphasizes proper form and constantly monitors my performance making adjustments as needed. Can't emphasize enough how important that feedback is. Don't get me wrong, my first physical therapist was great. He got me stronger and I made progress but I developed bad habits since I was unable to isolate the actual issues that were causing my problems. Jillian advises me on proper form and gives me the "why" I need to do something the proper way to prevent my body from "cheating", allowing my strong muscles to compensate for my weaker ones. Needless to say it's been eye opening and educational. Highly recommended!
