My doctor is Dr. Joseph Funk. He is an amazing doctor. He really cares about his patients and is very professional. Dr. Funk takes his time in explaining the surgery process and makes sure the patients fully understands. I highly recommend Dr. Funk to the entire community and the State of Florida. Also.... Dr. Funk has am amazing staff team. From the moment you walk in till the moment you leave...you're treated with so much care and respect. Every person greets you with a warm SMILE ..😊

This place was amazing! From the time I scheduled my surgery till the morning of my surgery. Orlando orthopedic staff always kept me informed of everything that was going to happen. My appointment time was a 5:00am the receptionist greeted me with a great smile and full of cheer. All of the staff treated me well constantly asking if I was comfortable and explaining the next step in the process.I highly recommend Orlando orthopedic.

Operator Gail was not very pleasant on the phone. When I asked for appointments, the line went silent. She could have said, “sure, just a moment, I’ll be happy to transfer you.“ So I held for about seven minutes and someone else picked up the phone. All I heard was “hold please!” It just seems like there’s a nicer way to ask someone if they don’t mind holding. I held for about three more minutes and hung up. I called back and got operator Gail again. It was not a mistake earlier, she did the exact same thing, just connected me with no words to me at all. If I’m running a business, especially a doctors office, or I’m dealing with the public and customers or patients who are in need of healthcare, you better believe that my staff will not answer my telephone and say ‘hold please’ & switch callers to hold. I didn’t have health care insurance and I will be paying cash for this visit. In other words if someone’s gonna come in and pay their hard-earned cash for Dr the least that can happen is that the staff be friendly over the phone. Thank you.

At the information center the 2 ladies were rude. At the front desk office and the nurse area they were nice. The doctor was nice at the beginning but then he just turned around and left without said anything. I was lost. At the checkout the lady who helped me was very nice.
