Helpful, professional , and friendly. I have had to have two surgeries over the past 20 years and possibly another one soon. Every time I have been seen here they listen to me concerns and explain everything in a complete and easy way to understand. I highly recommend them.
I went to Washington orthopedics had a dog bite they couldn't stitch it but they put my hand in this ridiculous fiberglass cast that was wrapped with gauze and ace bandage told me I didn't have an infection The next day I end up in Saint Pete's hospital for 3 weeks with the blood infection that was so badd I almost lost my hand so let's not praise them as much as people do dead there to make money they want to people with the hip surgery the major broken bones everybody else is a relevant I will never go back there I tell everybody that never I body listens to me and doctor slatery is the biggest moron arrogant person you can ever meet he should lose his license
I had to drive quite a ways to get to my appointment ( a couple of hours), and I was received very well. Every single employee was bright and happy, helpful and caring, proficient in their job, and I feel they went above and beyond. I felt welcome, and taken care of probably for the 1st time in my life at a doctors office!!!! I wasn't just a number, I was a person! They were wonderful! And the day of my surgery, I was terribly nervous and everyone was extremely understanding and calming. I HIGHLY recommend WA Orthopedic Center for the great job they do, and the comfort they give to their patients! I FEEL BETTER!!! Thank you!!!
👨⚕️. Dr. Birchard at Washington Orthopedic knew we were headed to Hawaii for break. He also had told my daughter, who broke her arm, that she’d be spending her spring break in a cast. Yesterday he took the cast off for her and placed this soft cast on so she could swim, snorkel and enjoy the Hawaiin islands 🌴. That small act made me want to cry 😢 (and I may have). Thank you 🙏 for knowing my kids case and being thoughtful of her time on vacation #smalltown #washingtonorthopedicsandsportsmedicine
Receptionist in Centralia was rude both days I called. I've been waiting since November to get my knee worked on due to work injury and claim approval. Calling to finally get a appointment after being approved, getting the run around about not having a referral when I just came from my OT that called and sent the referral. Very frustrating. Where is the care and concern for others and where is the customer service for patients that have been waiting? You're going to get paid, the claim was approved. I may ask for a different Orthopaedic Center.
