I have previously worked as his medical scribe for about 2 years. I followed him from one patient to the other, throughout the days. He is an excellent doctor and truly wants to do the best for his patients. He is never afraid to say he doesn't know something, if he doesn't. He will ask to consult another physician for better treatment or even refer to a doctor he believes will do right by you. He even cuts his lunch short so he can spend more time with a patient. He loves what he does so much he even dreams about solving work related things. I wouldn't hesitate to go to him for ortho related problems because I know he will provide me with the correct guidance.

Dr Nordt and his team have been great through this whole experience. From the knee replacement to me jumping off the tractor and breaking my knee cap and the second surgery surgery that followed. Dr. Nordt and his team did everything right, I was the one that wouldn't stay down and let everything heal like I should have. But they were all understanding and patient with me' so I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Nordt and his team. He will definitely be my surgeon when I have my other knee replaced.
