Scheduled a massage and was called to tell me it would be a man but assured he gives great massages. I did not receive a massage at all. More made me stand with my eyes closed to help my balance and just moved my head around. No massaging happened. I ended up going home after and throwing up and diarrhea for the next couple days. I will never go back. Very uncomfortable and never received what i paid for. I don't understand how you have 5 stars with negative reviews.

UPDATE: DENIED TREATMENT
Because of complaining, they decided to not see me anymore. Of course, I had to drive 25mins for them to inform me of this. **
TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT
Great acupuncturist. Horrible front desk
Betsy is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. This brings up a lot of anxiety and she is great with explaining and adjusting the needles as needed.
Unfortunately, One has to deal with the opposite beforehand. The front desk including "manager" are ambivalent to say the least, hostile at worst. They seem to care less about my presence. They change appointments without personally calling to inform and then have the audacity to get butt hurt when your upset. This is a customer oriented business. Customers who are in pain. Compassion shouldn't be out of their wheel house. If the point is to get a customer upset before a peaceful treatment then they are spot on. Sadly, now im trying to decide if Betsy is worth the hassle.

This is the most individualized PT office that I've been to. The practitioners listen well and then vary their approach depending on the patient's needs. The PT approach is very hands-on, providing myofascial release instead of just a few exercises.
