Dr Wiley was very knowledgeable and professional. I was also impressed with his ability to explain what was going on and the options he gave me.
Worst customer service ever! There are multiple doctors working out of the same office, but no signs anywhere telling you which one is which. I signed in and waited for 15 minutes until the receptionist told me I was in the wrong place. Once I get to the right place the receptionist cancels my appointment for being late and that they are backed up. Literally only two people in the waiting room. Not to mention that I have been sitting there the whole time. Ridiculous that they can’t see me now. I live over an hour away and $10 dollars in tolls just to have to come back again. I have been injured and out of work since the 29th. I am losing money by the day.

Meeting Melissa for the first time was great. She listened gave feed back was easy to talk to and VERY knowledgeable. Always a great experience.
I've been on a patient at Orlando Orthopedic for many years. I have a herniated disc in my back so I take pain medication regularly. I go to all my appointments and make sure I follow up regarding my meds to prevent from running out of them before my next appointment. With that being said, I'm extremely disappointed in the service I've been receiving from Orlando Orthopedic. Specifically from Dr Willie's office and by the person answering the phone Camila. On several occasions they've scheduled my appointments after my medication Runs Out. Once I ran out of medication and had to call the emergency number and go to another clinic to get the prescription. This last time was the worst though. Since dr. Willie wasn't available I had to see dr. Kara otherwise I would run out of medication. So I saw doctor Cara and explained that I was just laid off and wanted to make sure that my medication situation was sorted out. I thought everything was great. Then the next month when I called back for a refill of my pain medication I was told that during my last appointment with dr Kara, it was discussed for me to be removed from the pain meds. I advised I had no recollection of that. Keep in mind I was just at Orlando Orthopedic within the last 30 days. I was told I had come back in for another appointment and speak with dr. Willie but there was no guarantee he would be able to refill my prescription. So basically I would have to pay another copay. I'm really disappointed in the way that I've been treated as a customer. .... now I'm without meds.... so basically they'll cancel your medication without coming up with a new preventive plan for your pain. They left me high and dry with no option but to come in and pay another copay to talk with the doctor because they decided to cancel my medication.....not happy
