Great experience, care, relaxed environment, everyone terrific. If they can streamline the check-in process I will give them 5 stars. An online notebook program will help. Otherwise be prepared to wait 35-60 mins.

Been coming here for 4 years and the one time I come for severe pain (which has never been the case) after exhausting all options to alleviate the issue, I am told that our office can’t prescribe the medication needed to help while we wait for an MRI. What a joke!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and go find a Doctor that will actually take the time to know you and your needs rather than just trying to keep funneling you into their system over and over again!

Very poor score for lack of professionalism with established patients. Refills on prescribed medication are routinely denied. When I called today on this issue, was told that I "had cancelled alot of appointments". This is untrue, no appointments were cancelled, I was referred to a specialist. When I pointed this out to this person she replied that the doctor (my GP) had ordered laboratory tests which I had not had performed. I saw this doctor in March 2020, it is now July 2020. I asked her if she would call the specialist to have them refill the two medications. "No, you have to call". The managers of MGSF should summarily terminate many of the rude and unhelpful staff at this office, including several of the "inappropriate" intake staff. Perhaps, the problem lies with the doctors? The medical community is in a chaotic situation at present. However, while I am limiting my potential exposure to Corona, they want unnecessary additional patient visits to their offices. If you are not a patient here yet, go elsewhere!!! You will be sorry that you trusted these "professionals" with your medical care.
