If you are on a budget or fixed income this is not the best place for you. I recommend going to Holy Cross and having them approve it through insurance. They charge you upfront for service and then keep rescheduling. When you request your money back it takes several months for a refund. Poor customer service and no accountability.
They asked me to come in earlier for the appointment. I changed my schedule to accommodate them. Proceeded to wait 30 minutes just to get paperwork. Another 30 minutes go by and I had to ask why the delay. Made up excuses about my insurance. I call insurance company and everything this office told me wasnt true. Spent 2 hours to be seen and they asked to reschedule my appointment! Do not waste your time with this office!

If I could give zero stars I would. I set up an appointment with Dr. Merhab and he gave me a list of things to do to manage my pain including scheduling an epidural in my back. So I scheduled the epidural for a week later and came in to the office and the receptionist said my insurance didn't authorize the procedure yet and I would have to self pay. I called my insurance company and they told me that they didn't receive the authorization until the night before the procedure and understandably it takes a couple of days to authorize something like that. I was livid. Why wasn't the procedure authorized earlier? I told my insurance company that I was in the office and I was scheduled for this procedure and they put a rush on the authorization. It was authorized that day but I couldn't get the procedure done because it was passed my appointment. So here I am in pain really upset and rescheduled the procedure. Two hours later they called and said that Dr. Merheb then wasn't covered under my insurance so he couldn't do it anyway. I asked why was it wasn't authorized and they said the group accepts my insurance but the doctor doesn't accept my insurance. This place is a joke. Their probably too lazy to deal with the insurance companies hoping people will self pay and really could care less about the patient. Oh yeah and you probably will say that you can't identify me as a patient and how awesome you are. So just save it.

1)I have a back problem for months already, I did MRI, I did X Rays, I am getting moved from one doctor to another and nobody is able to fix my problem, I guess that is the kind of business for them to schedule more and more appointments so you will copay.
I had an appointment with one doctor , I did pay my copay and doctor told me that he is not an back specialist and I will have to schedule an appointment with a different doctor, of course they did not refund anything.
2)Last week I had some injections in my back and now I can't even drive my car.
From the country where I am from, doctors are taking care your health, here is just business.
