LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Nick. He listens and cares. He is very quick so talk fast, but caring pain doctor. But he is the only reason I did not give this facility NO stars. I have waited for 4 hours before in the office. Waited 3 hours for a Telemed appt, only to be dropped and had to wait another 5 days for a new appointment. I have been to 3 other Healthpointe offices, and they were great, quick and efficient. But this office is horrible. Even Dr. Nick said that they triple book him sometimes and he has told them not to.

My doctor is the best at Healthpointe. Dr Hulst. She seems to be really concerned about me personally.I don't feel like I'm just an insurance card, a means to get paid. I thank her for that.

Need to improve more on customer service. Even with appointment it takes over an hour to see doctor. Was supposed to have a video call with my doctor but the system was down and not working. Never received a phone call to let me know. When I called them to find out what the problem was they informed me then that system was not working. Made appointment to talk to doctor for 10AM the next day. Doctor didn't call until 11 55am for a 5min conversation.

I can not get through today to any of the offices. It goes to automated messages but I can not leave a message. I wanted to see if I could arrive late since I was stuck in traffic & wasn't going to make it by 2:15. Had no luck so let's see if they call to reschedule because Tuesday would be the last visit. Other than that therapy has been great although my hand there has been no change. Will continue with therapy at home with qhat they have taught me.

Doctor was great but everything else was horrible. When I made my appointment I was told the doctor is a headache specialist. He's not. My appointment was at 830am and I was told to arrive 30 minutes early, which I did. I finally saw the M.A. at 9:45 - he was still copying notes from my paperwork into the computer. If it is going to take over an hour past my appointment time before I see the doctor, I expect to be told when I make my appointment so I can plan my day. The doctor ordered me to have nerve blocks, which I could have right then. The nurse came in to give them to me, but hadn't bothered to check if insurance covers them. After an hour they finally determined that insurance will partially cover and I need pre-authorization for the rest. They were perfectly happy to put the injections into my head without pre-authorization so I would have been responsible for the full cost! I filed a complaint with the manager immediately, he started acting like he cared, but he didn't actually come to any kind of resolution to my problems. I have severe anxiety and was in tears for most of the morning,. But I feel that no one cared about this at all except the Doctor who recognized that part of my pain was because he was pressing on my head where it hurt a lot..... And now when office says they will call you back and they don't, they don't even have to give you an apology. Even if you have been waiting a week and a half for their call. Absolutely horrible office staff.
