Dr. Keith Longhorn is an excellent surgeon, and treat as patient with the empathy and deliberate care that is needed. He probably performed a knee replacement and regularly followed up the progress to ensure excellent results of the surgery and the rehab. I would highly recommend him.

Worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They are a massive conglomerate of orthopedic offices that use their power to drain every last penny out of their patients. The second after you have surgery you turn from a patient to a line item on their Profit and Loss sheet. Take your body and money elsewhere, this predatory and criminal enterprise doesn't deserve your business.

I have been going to OrthoVirginia Physical Therapy at Fair Oaks for years. This last year, 2021, has been a nightmare. First off, you CANNOT schedule with MyChart because that would make too much sense; You need to schedule months in advance and often times the scheduler makes errors. I needed 8:30am times and was scheduled at 8am and 7:30am when the schedule was completely open. I absolutely cannot accommodate 8am and 7:30am is a challenge. When I told them weeks ahead that I would be unable to meet that erroneous schedule they told me to it would be ok and I could come in late. When the day arrived they made me wait over an hour for another appointment with a different therapist, which is another issue in quality. This place goes through therapists almost monthly resulting in more schedule chaos. I saw a therapist for almost a year and when he left I saw 5 different therapists in the next two months before I was able to schedule with a single therapist again. This vastly decreases quality of care as no one knows what's going on with you. They do not seem to care about patients, and those of us who are around long enough from multiple surgeries see the pattern. The ball is being dropped somewhere, but it seems to be a continued issue with retention, scheduling, and accommodation that makes it a frustrating experience. The therapist do thier best seemingly "winging it" in the chaos but this mostly seems to be a clerical and administration issue that has always been around but somehow got worse this year by leaps and bounds. The only reason this isn't only one star is the genuine care the therapist show despite frustrating work environment and the occasional hail Mary scheduling pulls off to correct errors, but most of the time you are completely SOL and have to miss treatment or roll the dice on random time and therapist which sucks for everyone.
