I had an outstanding experience. The therapy was so helpful for my foot injury. I wished I had gone to them much sooner. Steve is an excellent therapist and I would highly recommend him. Thank you to the whole staff for making it such a positive outcome.

I have come here on an “as needed” basis & have always been very satisfied with treatments and ultimate results. I have seldom waited past my appointment time. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. The therapists (I have worked w/3 different ones over the years) are very professional; they “inform before they perform” and take a genuine interest in their patients’ progress. I highly recommend OST.

I worked with Bri and she was one of the most helpful people I’ve dealt with in healthcare. She explained things in ways I could understand and she did everything she could to make me feel comfortable talking about the plan of action. I’d recommend her to anybody.

I would love to give this facility a 5 star rating. I have used their services, in the past and have always recommended them to my friends. I have been referred back to them and have been attending physical therapy here, again. Jay and Bri are wonderful. They are empathetic and very skilled. However, I have been very disappointed in their enforcement of masking. This is a health facility and yet I see people unmasked and with masks under their chins. I have reached out to the owner to express my concerns. IF they were more concerned with COVID prevention I would rate them a 5. UPDATE: I heard back from the owner, right away. He pledged that would do a better job and I have not seen any issues with masking, since then. They continue to do an excellent job with my therapy.

Therapist is Amazing, understanding and super helpful and trustworthy. I didn’t give 5 stars because the front desk consistently has their masks off. Today there was a handful of folks in the waiting space and the receptionist didn’t put her mask up until I walked up (she was helping someone else before me). It’s not just her either, another therapist and another lady behind the desk don’t wear them consistently. I don’t like to wear them either but here we are and we have to. I’ve had covid. I don’t want it again. If they masked up and cared for our health in that respect I’d give 5 stars.
