Competent counselor and Incredible human being that has the capacity to just listen. When he makes a comment, he does so in an understated manner to provide clarity coupled with insightfullness. He uses his considerable experiences of human interactions to allow an individual to really confront themselves in a "mirror" of inner behavioral, motivational and psychic self reflection.
