I see that many people have complaints about their wait times and their appointments, but I’ve been going here for almost 4 years now, sometimes multiple times per week and I have never experienced any of the issues that they have had. I go in most of the time for walk-in’s and the rest for follow ups. I have gone on many occasions at 8:30PM and even 8:50 PM to their walk-in clinic when they close at 9PM and I have been seen and taken care of and out of there by 9:05-9:10 PM. My primary care doctor is absolutely amazing, and they always try their best to fit you into their schedule even on same day, and last minute appointments whether that is at the Park Avenue location or they set you up with an appointment at Benner Pike. I’ve also seen many other doctors there besides my PCP and they were very good as well. I’ve been to walk-in for injuries, pain and sickness. So honestly I have no complaints about the place. My only complaint would be Penn State Hershey’s billing department which has absolutely nothing to do with this location nor their doctors and medical staff.

Used to be excellent. Came in at 8 for the clinic and had to make an appointment. Check in person said 910...but when it went through my appointment was for 930!! She said the call center person took the 910 for someone on the phone. They get priority. Don't bother coming in anymore. The physicians have gotten so busy with interns their appointments are weeks and months out.

Came in at 8:30pm, waiting room was empty. Receptionist made me wait for 10min while she typed away at her computer. Once she saw me, she told me they were booked and so I couldn't be seen. Don't waste your time!

It is not really a walk-in clinic per se. More like, if you don’t get there by 7 PM, you will not be seen even though they close at 9 PM. I was there at 7:45 with 2 ladies waiting. Must be only one doctor I assume.

I saw two doctors almost immediately upon arrival. It was a complete discussion with good advice and a 'script in no time. My own doc would have been much harder to see in this short time.
