This has been one of my favorite practices to work with in years. The NP has been awesome, kind, and attentive to my concerns and needs. Breanna at the front desk is a total angel, and has always been on top of responding to me.
I couldn't recommend them enough, especially if you prefer compassionate care over snarky abuse you might get from other doctors.

They don't accept Medicaid, not even as gap coverage, but they're MORE than happy to have you come in and pay full price out of your own pocket... because everyone knows low income folks can all afford THAT. . right? Pffftt...

I had a great first meeting at this establishment and everyone was friendly and upbeat. I met with Ann, the NP, and she prescribed me Wellbutrin for my depression and anxiety. As it turns out, my anxiety was heightened because of the Wellbutrin and I decided it would be best to get off my medication, so I called and left a message for Ann to call me back so that we could discuss other medications. I didn't hear back from her because she was busy, so I called the next day (which was a Friday) to see if I could get on a new medication before the weekend. Well, not only did Ann never call me back, but the receptionist, Kate, was rude and insensitive and told me, "I dunno WHEN she's gonna get back to you. You'll just have to wait!" Well, that sent me into a fullblown panic attack and I had to go to the emergency room to get treated. I am never going back to Boulder Valley Family Practice again. I need a practitioner who is available when I need them, or at least more readily available. Furthermore, Kate needs to take a lesson on empathy from the other receptionists.
