I have had an excellent experience at Pivot Physical Therapy. I severely injured my knee skiing (extreme difficulty walking for weeks) and I felt knocking in my knee joint when I walked after the swelling subsided. It took 4 months to feel comfortable to try physical therapy. I went to Pivot based on my cousin's positive experience. Trevor gave me confidence to do things I was afraid to do on my own. He started slow and used momentum to build confidence. After 1-session at Pivot and two home sessions the knocking stopped. On my next visit, Trevor really worked me out. I was dripping in sweat when I left. Still no knocking. I continue to work out at home per his recommendations. I am getting closer to where I was before the injury. I have one more session with Trevor. I would highly recommend him at Pivot.
