I've been a patient for 15 years. By far the best medical providers I've ever dealt with. I've seen all three doctors over the years and am comfortable with all of them. They take the time to talk about the issue you're there for, and they don't talk down to you as many Dr.s do. Highly recommend - I just wish they were family practice as well!

The staff was very easy to deal with. They were friendly and informative and patient with my questions. I would have given a 5 star rating if I didn't have so many problems getting the prescription for the epi pen fulfilled. I had no knowledge of the problems or costs involved. I never thought that I would have trouble finding a drug store that could supply it. Or that it wasn't covered by insurance, or that it had to be special ordered. I was told that not having it with me at all times was potentially life threatening and yet there was no guidance to help me overcome all the unforeseen problems involved in getting it and to get it quickly. Your people must know of the problems as it is their business. There should be solutions and guidance for newcomers such as myself.

I love the Roswell location. Mrs. Jackie and Dr. Rabinowitz are the best. They take care of me as if I was their own child. I had a really bad allergic reaction and they put in 100% effort into making sure I got better. When having to do a check up from the reaction they were able to get me back in the office the same week. Throughout my entire visit they were always professional and added some humor to keep a smile on my face through the pain.

Awful experience from the get go. Was told to arrive 15 mins early for my 1:00 apt, so I arrived at 12:45. There was no one at front desk until quarter past 1. When they finally called me up, tried to charge me $1500 for allergy testing, which I had already declined via phone calls about this appointment TWICE. I only needed asthma consult, which I was told on the phone would be $0 copay (and somehow turned into $150 by the time my appt was over). When I finally saw the doctor (Dr. Nadel), he was curt, dismissive and didn’t listen to me AT ALL. For example, he was telling his assistant to order ProAir, and I said, I prefer Ventolin. He argued with me that it would cost more, I told him I don’t care how much it costs, I’m happy and willing to pay the extra fee as I prefer name brand on this particular drug. He said they called it in, and when I just went to pick it up at the pharmacy, it was specifically written for ProAir. Now I’m stuck with this for another month, and I will never go back to that office. A huge waste of time and money. I highly recommend staying away.

I have been a patient for more than a dozen years and appreciate so much the great care I have received from the Staff and Doctors. Dr. Livezey in particular has been most instrumental in my ongoing care and the application of the drug Xolair which has essentially managed my asthma at a level of about 100% allowing me to pursue a number of activities that otherwise would not have been possible.
