I have worked with Dr. Miller and Dr. Lock. I have L4-L5 issues. I tried waiting it out and then tried Gabapentin. Neither worked for me, so I was referred to Dr. Miller. He recommended the steroid injection, which worked wonders. 95% pain reduction. I have repeated this several times and usually get pain relief for at least one year.

Stay Away! This place is a fly by the night operation! They will NEVER answer the phone to make or reschedule appointments. Don't get sick and reschedule because they will charge you $50 for a within a 24 hour cancellation. The doctor rushes you out and wants to schedule endless amounts of follow up appointments just to talk with no action. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Dr. Miller diagnosed my mystery gut pain as a herniated disc after a few minutes of questions, after years of diagnostic procedures by other doctors found nothing. He gets to the point, has excellent bedside manner, his aim with needles is true, and it's clear that he takes personal interest in his patients pain problems. This is where I go when the pain is debilitating.

The Doctors are great. But you better have your billing up or they will not see you. They are not concerned if you will go into withdrawal. All they are concerned with is if your bill is up to date. So much for the Hippocratic oath. I was told to go to the emergency room if I started to go into withdrawal from the meds THEY prescribed.
