Staff are very personable yet extremely efficient, making me both comfortable and confident that they are providing excellent care. I prefer Multicare Main Clinic lab over any other available option.

I had an excellent experience in urgent care. Everyone was friendly and helpful even though they were short staffed. The provider I saw, Kristofer Johnson, PA-C was kind and great at explaining things to me.

I didn't have an appointment and I got there very early for the walk in spot. Instead of making me wait they will saw me. Wonderfully nice people and caring.

Need to take a class on how to treat people equally. Went in to get a Covid test & the lady made me feel uncomfortable. Asking me to wait outside the waiting room. Even though I was more then 6 feet away from anyone else. Also said you’ll need to wait till 1pm to check in / I showed up at 12:40 / so she said she couldn’t check me in until the doctor got there at 1 … okay. Thank you so much for wasting my time, I guess health isn’t a priority for me.

The staff was absolutely wonderful...pleasant and caring demeanor throughout. The attending doctor explained everything to me, provided some educational material, and made me feel like I was her only patient at that time! From the moment I walked in the doors to Urgent Care until I left, I could not have asked for more caring folks! Thanks so much!
