While requesting all medical paperwork the lady at the front desk Melissa Fisher was extremely rude and refused to give my fiance any of her paperwork. Last I checked that is illegal to keep medical records from a parent and you should never treat your patients that way. Melissa does not belong in that line of work and needs terminated immediately. A lawsuit will be filed in one week if she is still in the same employment position. Audio recording will be submitted from us and the cameras from the establishment will be subpoenaed.
