Always A-1 care. The staff will listen to you, never been rude, Dr's and nurse practitioners always great. No complaints here.

Went in hopes for antibiotics for an obviously infected wisdom tooth that has been bothering me. Katherine came in and asked what she could help with and I told her about my tooth and the fact that it was loose, seemed infected, swollen and painful. I have a dentist appointment in two weeks but was hoping to get some relief with antibiotics. She looked in my mouth, yanked on my tooth and said it looked painful and it in fact was loose. She said what do you want me to do about it? I’m not a dentist. I said I’m sure it’s infected. But I left with nothing. No help. Not an “I hope you feel better”. Nothing but a waste of money. HONEY YOU’RE IN THE WRONG PROFESSION. No bedside manners or compassion whatsoever. I’ve read tons of bad reviews about this woman. Will never go there again.

This place is a joke. Initially declined the Covid test. They took some vitals and said they couldn't tell my wife anything without taking the Covid test. So she relented and took the test which was negative. They told her to just continue taking the over the counter medication we had. They couldn't tell her if she had pneumonia, upper or lower respiratory infection, bronchitis etc. Nothing but a waste of time and money. If Valley Health happens to see this I would like an explanation as to how you couldn't diagnose anything? Other urgent cares in the area are able to tell by listening to the lungs combined with chest x-rays. Is this somehow out of your scope of practice? Our son has a respiratory infection, I have pneumonia and we all have the same symptoms that started at about the same time.
