They are amazing everyone there!! From the people at the front desk to the doctors that see you. Amazing and funny. I was in and out of there within an hour. For an emergency clinic on a Saturday the wait time was very very short. The doctor had me laughing harder than I had all weekend. Just fantastic made my entire day. Thanks guys!!

I was encouraged by the kind people at the desk and was put in a room for the standard checks fairly quickly. Once in the room I waited about an hour for the doctor. The doctor was polite but distant. He had a student with him, who he introduced but he didn’t ask my permission for his presence. I didn’t mind but I want to be asked. The nurse was fabulous. Personable, honest, friendly and helpful. She was quick and professional at her tasks. I felt very safe with her treating me. The four stars are for an accurate diagnosis and for her.

The Front desk staff was friendly although the wait was quite long for only a couple of patients. The Doctor on the other hand was rude and appeared to be in a rush. He left the room quickly after writing a prescription. I had to confirm with the front desk staff that he had sent the prescription to the pharmacy and if my visit was actually over. I later found out at the pharmacy that he wrote a prescription differing what he had told me in the room. I’ve never written a review before, but thought I should let others know. I will not be returning to this urgent care.

Despite my fatigue, a co-worker suggested the urgent care since OTC remedies weren’t of help. They were friendly & made it easy to get confirmation of insurance to them. There were a few people ahead of me but I was back in my car in about 90 min (after a short nap in the exam room, lol).

Nurses/PA's were wonderful to deal with, very attentive and incredibly kind. However I spent nearly 50 minutes waiting in the exam room for the doctor (with only one other patient in the office, so it wasn't busy). Doctor spent very little time with me, had the same nurses who I saw 50 minutes ago come BACK to do the strep culture (why couldn't they have just done it in the first place!?), and the doctor left the quick culture flat on the counter which I overheard one nurse telling the other "he likes to take it out but you're supposed to leave it in". Thankfully I got the prescription I needed but let me tell you, I wish I would've just waited until my primary care's office opened at noon and wasted far less time. I'll be following up with my real doctor in 4-5 days instead of returning.
