No reminder calls and as a new patient, i was never told the appointment policy nor was i called to be told i missed the Appointment. I just had a newborn baby so my scheduling is all over the place. I was mailed a piece of paper stating i was on a “same day call in only list”. Without even knowing that was the policy or even being treated like a NEW patient unaware of the policy. So thank you for treating me poorly. One star.

Approach with caution!! I took my daughter into have an extraction they had to stop in the middle of the extraction. Due to infection they said the numbing medicine was not taking full effect. I now have to take her to a different dentist in Winchester on Monday. I do not recommend this dentist for anyone. Very traumatic experience for my daughter and for myself!! They also said they would call her in antibiotics to cvs pharmacy. I go to pick them up and they never called anything in. Very unprofessional!!!

Haven been there in about 3 years, so now I'm no longer considered a patient. All the fillings they put in have fallen out and they will not fix them . They also would not see me in those three years bcus they are always booked. Worse dental office ever.

only give them to stars because they treat everybody like they have the covid they they have signs posted you have to wait out in the car you got to call you got to wear a mask and Jim Justice already left the restrictions on the Mask Part but people are just so scared they're scared of their own shadow if they told that their Shadow is a curse they be scared of it people are stupid I'm not coming here no more and they give you a little pager which is kind of retarded

Consistently welcoming Staff
The receptionists & dental hygienists have always been professional and provide thorough explanations during multiple appointments.
Linda Morrison today was wonderful with both of my granddaughters. Thank you all very much.
