Been going to Alliance for over ten years. My PCP was great but good luck with the fill in Dr.s. They wont give you the time of day. Took six hours of constant calling to actually speak with a Dr. who was refusing to answer my questions. Got shuffled around from nurse to practice manager to medical assistant all of whom told me the same thing. "The Dr. Is seeing patients and I can't do anything about his plan of care." I could go on and on but I'll just end this by saying, there was absolutely no desire on their part to listen to or work with me on resolving my issue. When I did finally speak with the Dr. he was unapologetic, rude and arrogant. Going somewhere else after this horrible experience.
I just received a phone call for my son and we thought it was a joke or a harrassment call, we were ready to call the cops when she disclosed that she was calling from Alliance Medical Group and that her name was Lora. She asked for his name, he is a disabled child- I asked who is this? And she answered that she cant say who she is or where she was calling from??? Huh wth?? I threatened her with reporting the phone call and then she said that her name was Lora from Alliance Medical Group- Be ethical and professional all you have to ask who you are speaking with and let me know that due to age, you cant discuss the matter of the call but no way in the earth you cant tell the person at the other side on the line YOU calling, that you cant identity yourself..however when I explained to her the situation- the attitude continued and she declined to give me any information, information I already know due to the fact I'm the one not wanting to share anything further with this place and I am taking my business $$$$ to another place.. EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON. I AM IN SHOCK SO MANY BAD REVIEWS AND WORSE THAN MINE, ABOUT MEDICAL BAD PRACTICE AND PAINFUL PROCEDURES OMG. THE MANAGER IGNORED MY PHONE CALL BUT BY THEIR REVIEWS, I CANT EXPECT A GOOD DECENT HONEST OUTCOME.
I love this place. They're kind and caring.
This is on incident of today love my dr!! I called a prescription in on Sunday day one, day 2, and day 3 has passed with no avail I decided to go to my pharmacy in person to ask about my prescription in which is of importance, I spoke with the pharmacist who stated he faxed it over 8/28/2019 with no response, I replied I’ll give them a call today 8/29/2019 made the call around 1pm and spoke with Lori Ann I believe that was her name I’m explaining the situation and letting her know the situation, now I’m getting frustrated at this point I’m on day 4 without my meds while speaking and trying to figure things out I asked her if she could call the pharmacist to move this issue forward she stated to me they do not!!!! Call prescriptions in I would have to call the pharmacist myself and give them the fax number in which she gave me. I’ve been in healthcare a very, very, very, long time I’ve never heard of anything such, I called my pharmacist who took the fax number down refaxed and still haven’t received my medication. This is definitely mishandling of patients and I definitely have a problem with that.! Now! when I go back for my follow-up I will definitely be bringing to my drs attention and if I have too I will take it further this is unexceptable! We’re dealing with humans not toys If something major were to happen being this long without meds this will bring bigger issues in which I’m sure they don’t need behind one staff member.
Dr Zhang does not listen to patient's concerns. My experience was an in-office procedure that was painful and incomplete and I was still charged for it. So, as it seems to be, the doctor can insert and withdraw a scope within a mater of seconds and still charge for an incomplete diagnosis even when there was no examination. When I questioned the charge it was explained to me that the mere fact of penetration substantiated the $250 charge! Really? I'm currently contesting this charge. I will let you know how it is handled by the manager who is currently " out on vacation."
