Due to my insurance I have a limited number of general physicians in the area that I can visit. I called the Middlebury office numerous times and each time I encountered rude, snotty, unprofessional receptionists who went out of their way to shun my business. Alliance also refused telemedicine which in the middle of the Pandemic is irresponsible and dangerous. I called Trinity Health and I was greeted with friendly helpfful staff. I highly recommend Trinity while seriously condemning Alliance. Alliance is also military unfriendly to say the least.
I would’ve not came here unless Dr. Shaban retired. My daughter is 3 and I can’t stand this place honestly. I didn’t even care to memorize there names because every time I go I feel rushed. I haven’t even been here for a year and I would say a lot more about this place but I am off to find her a new Dr. and patiently wish for Dr. Shaban to come out of retirement.
My son Tylor, loves this place, wonderful Doctors, and the staff they are all so sweet. To all the kids get well soon cause here you will. Keep up the great work, 😁👍🏼
I've never been to a pediatrician that made you feel more unwelcome. Didnt get to see a doctor for my 2 year old girl. Was skipped over multiple times. All people that came before and after were called to be seen and we were still left waiting in a separate room labeld sick children. Nurses walked up to the room on multiple occasions looked at us and walked away. People that came almost an hour after us filling out the same paper work that I had too were called before she finished the 1st page. My daughters doctor had retired and this is the center he sent all records too. This place is a joke. Thanks for the uncomfortable visit and non care my 2 year old girl received. This office should feel ashamed.
Been going to Alliance for over ten years. My PCP was great but good luck with the fill in Dr.s. They wont give you the time of day. Took six hours of constant calling to actually speak with a Dr. who was refusing to answer my questions. Got shuffled around from nurse to practice manager to medical assistant all of whom told me the same thing. "The Dr. Is seeing patients and I can't do anything about his plan of care." I could go on and on but I'll just end this by saying, there was absolutely no desire on their part to listen to or work with me on resolving my issue. When I did finally speak with the Dr. he was unapologetic, rude and arrogant. Going somewhere else after this horrible experience.
