If I could give you 10 Stars I would. I had my first appointment today for a bone density test, and have to say WOW. The staff was AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, until the time I left, I was made to feel comfortable. I didn't feel like my personal information was being blurted out in public (a pet peeve). Everyone was nice and answered all of my questions. I am happy to see that confidentiality and customer service is the highest priority here. Thank you for being awesome!

Everyone that I encountered at this office was extremely helpful and friendly. Rosa was exceptionally warm and refreshing and interactions with both her and Mary Samson gave it the feel of a family practice. They made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed and gave me a referral since I have recently moved to the area and needed a new OB-GYN as well.

Allegedly I was too large for a simple echocardiogram. Although I've had them done in other offices without a problem. Furthermore, I drove there only for them to ask my weight and tell me their machines cannot accommodate anyone over 200 pounds. This a cardiologist office that should be able to accommodate people of all shapes and sizes. Doesn't make sense to me the level of discrimination and idiocy in this office. Even my primary doctor was confused, when all they're doing is taking an ultrasound pic of my heart valves. No fat in my chest. Seems quite lazy and the first notice you see when you walk in is "if you're having a echo, please bare with me it will take a while". Just lazy and obnoxious.

I have been going to this doctor office since I was 17 years old. Now almost 16 years later, my primary care doctor has left and been replaced by someone else. The new person is dismissive, cold, and treats you like a number not a person. I have to wait weeks to get an appointment, even if I'm very sick, and they often just tell me to go to urgent care. I really used to like this office, my old doctor, and even the doctors that I would see when she wasn't available. But now I don't even get the option of seeing another primary care if my doctor is not available.

It use to be good . Not it about pushing as many patients in and out without giving the proper diagnosis. Im looking elsewhere.
