Well, it seems they can not find a fax. My Dr sent them a referral letter 3 times and no call. when I did call in to ask about it, the person was very short and a bit rude. She asked a co-worker about the referral and they asked who she said"some Todd guy". Tell them to fax it again. I think 3 times is plenty myself, so I will be looking else where for competent people

I had been there since the doors have opened & Dr Igor has been so good to to me. I have had injections which have helped & have never had a problem. If you take your meds as prescribed you will never have a problem. The staff is friendly & helpful. I love Omega pain Management.

ohhhh MAN DID I EVER SCREW UP.....THE STAFF AND DOCTORS WERE SOOOO NICE BUT I WAS OUT OF TOWN WHEN THEY CALLED ME FOR A PILL COUNT---I NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY PHONE!!! WHEN I ARRIVED HOME I HAD A 'LETTER OF DISMISSAL' IN MY MAILBOX....I WISH I COULD HAVE A DO OVER BECAUSE THEY ARE GREAT AND NICE THERE.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical that I would ever find relief from my pain, but I did! I have rare condition called Ehlers-Danlos and I’ve suffered most of my life from pain. I was living every day at a 7-8, my life was miserable. I was just existing not really living. My spine is in poor shape due to the laxity in my soft tissue and my pars defect. My C5 has caused severe pain in my neck and shoulders. My first appointment I was greeted with friendly staff, my wait time was very short. Dr. Igor was extremely kind, caring, and compassionate. I told him about my neck pain and how it effects my everyday life he treated me that day with an injection. Let me tell you it has made a huge impact on my life. I’m able to clean, cook, and run after my four kids. The first few days after the injection I cried happy tears doing basic things that seem silly, like loading my dishwasher but it was the first time in over ten years I was able to do that without excruciating pain. I’m scheduled for a lower back injection next month and I can’t wait to feel even better! This doctor and his staff are top notch! If you have legitimate pain there isn’t a better place in Knoxville to get treatment. I literally can’t thank them enough for giving me my life back.

Regardless of any negative reviews, I have been a patient for over a year and Dr. Igor & staff have gone out of their way to help me. The program is "comprehensive," so for any who might be seeking a simple prescription, and are consequently, making it more and more difficult for those of us responsibile folks living with daily pain, seeking to restore some quality of life, OMEGA is not the place for you. On rare occassion, I have had to wait for 30 minutes to see the Doctor, but no business or provider can control all things which interject delays.
