This place is fantastic. Clean office, professional staff, caring and knowledgeable doctors. Everyone is focused and ready to help. They are rare and I am so thankful for their diligent efforts allowing others to feel their very best. I am very hard to please because I worked in the medical field for so many years I tend to analyze and judge however they have always passed with flying colors.

The front desk employees are very nice, but good luck if you want to be seen quickly. My ex waited 3 hours to get a COVID test, I was told 2 (I left and went somewhere else) and my husband is going on 2 hours waiting on one after being told half an hour. They also overcharged my husband twice, even his insurance told him they didn't understand why he was charged so much. Can't recommend this place based on my experience.

Optimum Care is awesome!!! Ive been here a few times and have had a great experience each time…..everyone is extremely polite, they explain your treatment thoroughly, and the nurses are very accommodating when giving an injection. Very good people here!

Very friend staff and Linda who take care me today she was excellent!! Always friendly make me comfortable and so much knowledge she give me. And Doctor was wonderful too!! I love coming Optimum urgent Care. Thank you so much!
