The front desk barely answers the phone and when they do they are rude! I have left 3 messages already over the last 2 weeks and still no call back. We will not be going back to this place! The doctor himself was good and professional our first few appointments with him but in my experience the staff there have not been the best. Very unprofessional.

My youngest had her tubes put in and my middle had tonsils and adenoids removed. The entire staff was amazing and mage my girls feel so special. They were very patient with my girls and went out of their way to make them feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I recently needed to have a lipoma removed and received outpatient surgery at Eastern CT ENT. Dr. Culviner and his staff gave the greatest care and performed the procedure with excellent bedside manner and professionalism. They made the experience extremely comfortable and did an amazing job removing the lipoma. I would highly recommend Dr. Culviner and Eastern CT ENT for any procedure you may need.

Dr. Greene and the entire staff at this facility have been amazing and have been such a huge help in my recovery of getting my tonsils removed. I highly recommend this facility for anyone that needs there tonsils out. I am very satisfied!!!
