His assistant is extremely slow and unhelpful. I was charged for an expensive procedure that was never done. They never fixed the problem. I also did not get a perscription to my pharmacy deapite calling to remind seceral times. Such a waste of time. He is great at his work but his slow team makes the process so cumbersome.

Dr Sharma and his entire staff are the consummate professionals. For four years I had suffered sinus and nasal issues but no Doctor bothered to look up my nose or eval my sinuses. From the moment I entered his office I observed and revived the utmost in medical professionalism. I received a comprehensive interview and medical history. He ordered CT scan to determine my sinus condition It was followed up by surgery to remove polyps and open the sinus passages. superb patient care. I’ve been treated by physicians all over the world but truly felt the compassion and care I thought had left the medical field. He and his staff provide superb ENT care. If you want this kind of care and compassion then I very highly recommend him and his associates.

Terrible experience with this doctor when bringing my relative with ear issues to him. From the unhygenic materials used to clean ear wax, to their consistently (twice now) unfair billing practices that tacks on hundreds of dollars at random to the bill, this ENT has truly disappointed our family.

I get transferred to his office when the local doctor went on vacation. I looked at Dr. Sharma's mixed reviews but I had a fun and humorous experience with him. Very easy to talk to and explained the problem with his diagram of the ear on his wall. I would come here again, definitely.
